An open teardrop frame in polished gold, the outline set with a continuous row of pavé diamonds, with one round brilliant diamond held in a four-prong setting inside the lower half of the drop. The centre is left open so skin shows through, giving the pendant a lightness that a solid shape would not have. The pavé outline and the floating centre stone create two distinct layers of light. Hangs from a fine cable chain at the collarbone.
